After 8 days travelling through cambodia and malaysia my trip completes with 3 days in or around phuket. I arrive by plane to HKT from Penang at 6pm on a Thursday and leave from phuket airport at 7am on the Sunday (first Sunday in December).

I'm looking to relax on beaches and have some nightlife. I will be with my girlfriend and we don't need a strip of 20 clubs to constitute nightlife. I'm looking for reccomendations of midrange hotels on or near nice (less touristy areas) or on nearby islands. If it was an island nearby I'd prefer to get there the same night I arrive in HKT rather than spend another couple of days moving from place to place, so there would have to be evening boat service. Also I need to be back to HKT for a 7am flight on Sunday so chances are I'd have to be near the airport Saturday night.
