Thanks, Lennart! The only issue for which I need a solution is indeed now the checked luggage. Hope the lounge warden can sort it out with the lost luggage agents to hold my luggage until 7pm (the time when I can pick up my luggage). I hope everything works out smoothly as I'll be taking a guest along with me who wants to enjoy the SEN lounge as well :-)
is your guest SEN as well?! or does he/she have a *BP for that day? otherwise you wont be able to get him/her in. the open door policy applys on to the SEN, guest still needs a *BP as far as i know...
