It seems to me that if you go too much higher than that, you're only available market is people who are more likely to be flying private (CEOs of large corporations, extremely wealthy people, etc.) I can't imagine that demographic giving up the convenience of private travel to fly on a bus (sorry, no pun intended there). These are people who are used to calling the pilots and saying "lets go" and wheels are up within an hour (or less!) These are people who are used to calling the pilots and saying "I'm going to be running a few hours later." I don't see how a scheduled airline service can really attract that demographic.
