Nope.....unfortunately not. Once you have collected luggage and walk out thru the doors, you are in a non-secure area. You would have to go back thru security, whether on the main level or via the short cut on the upper level.
And unfortunately, other than Mövenpick, there's no other place to eat in T2. My food was good, but a bit expensive -- which everything is with the lousy dollar!
