Every time I search for B/E award travel (SkySaver or SkyChoice), I put in my dates and time of day (afternoon).
First, the site pulls up 3 pages of flights, with the entire first page starting in the morning.
Then, if I choose "Show all flights" or go to the next page, all the B/E seats disappear; only Coach seats are displayed.
Is it possible to find B/E award seats via the website or must I always phone SMS?
