I would suggest that you first ascertain who manages the garage as there are many situations where the garage is a third party operation.
Had you been a guest then the suggestion that you contact Gold Passport may have been appropriate, but in your case the best approach is to write (not e-mail) the General Manager of the HR O'Hare, assuming that the garage is owned and managed by Hyatt.
