I visited the Rocco lounge in KIX a month ago. This lounge is located next to gate 4 (I was on my way to Taipei, flying with CX). My expectations weren't very high, but I must admit I was still a bit disappointed.

Couple of chairs, soft drinks with peanuts and other snacks. Very crowded, very tiny and the girls behind the reception desk didn't speak English.

Based on the sign on the entrance, I assume everyone with a credit card can enter:
