I don't fly United or American, so I have no personal concern what goes on, but I will say it again... you NEVER EVER EVER put the employee's comfort and convience about that of the customer...NEVER EVER EVER... A business that does that will have no business and soon be out of business! ok, I didn't go to business school, maybe I am wrong and we should put the employees first. I just hope that the employees can give the airlines enough revenue to stay in business.
