Well, we checked out yesterday and were very sad to go. Our stay was simply excellent - and not just due to the diamond benefits. The most important thing was the attitude of the staff, every single one of them. For the first time ever in ten years of travelling, I wrote a note to the general manager to say thanks and asking him to pass my thanks on to the staff, especially the assistant manager who seemed to take a personal interest in making sure we have the best stay ever. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We're now in the Hong Kong Conrad, which is also a nice hotel and the staff are perfectly pleasant, but somehow the Tokyo Conrad staff were more...hrm...the Polish word is "Zyczliwi", I'm not sure how to translate it - perhaps "sincere" would be a good approximation in this context.

I thoroughly recommend the Tokyo Conrad to anyone and everyone!
