Yes -- because that is impossible. The T&C do not depend on your booking class, but on the fare conditions. For each booking class a number of fares can exist, each with different terms. And different fares will exist for different city pairs, etc.
And no -- I don't know where you can get a list. Some booking sites like
http://www.hrggermany.com/online/ display the fare rules before booking.
www.derpart.de sometimes displays the fare rules.
