My vote would be via LAX because of KEs large presence there in addition to the direct flight to NRT.
CO already serves IAH-GRU, AA MIA-GRU, DL ATL-GRU and JFK-GRU, etc..
Another option would be via Europe since great circle mapper has the route going directly over northern Europe. LIS perhaps?
