The villa rentals that go for above $10K/night seem to be the comparable here.

More like Villazzo. Maybe you could form some kind of partnership with them. With the main difference being that you would want all inclusive pricing - not necessarily meals - unlike their primarily boutique style pay as you go type setup. And that it would be a private resort, instead of JUST a villa IN a resort.

i would not see any need to have RC/FS personnel.. while we can't compare their business service to Aman's resort service, their resort service doesn't compare to Aman's. and we're talking about a resort here. i was 100% serious about "stealing" Aman personnel. Heck, it already happens, I remember reading about one of the live-in butlers at a Bali property being hired by a family after their stay.
