LOL !Recreation I love your idea about the swimsuit and the Mai Tai! Will handle it in that way from now on!
Yes I left a message with the manager about the gift basket...and I did not have any response from him regarding my message nor did I receive another in return.
Yes agree in the future will carry all documentation with me-I usually make that a habit however our first visit to the Westin was nothing short of magical from start to finish-so we were even more shocked to have this happen to us upon our arrival. I spent many many years in retail management so I understand both sides of the customer experience which is why I feel so strongly that this situation should be brought to someone's attention-customer service can make or break a company these days and to be treated in such a shabby manor by a hotel(especially since we were there to consider buying a time share!) I think should at the very least warrant an apology.
