Well, you'll note I did slip comments into the letter about how DISsatisfied I've been with the Northwest experience overall, as a way to illustrate what a stark contrast to that this flight attendant was.

And I also DIDN'T mention (either in the letter or to y'all here reading this) that it so happens that during this flight I had 2 off-duty FAs sitting directly behind me heading up to MSP to their next work assignments, and throughout the whole flight all they did was yap about this that or the other about their jobs...again another stark contrast to what a joy the FA was about whom I wrote that letter.
