you probably responded to the first thread but the flyertalk admins don't like starting new threads so I was putting in my experience with this property.

They moved me to the 19th floor to virtually the same room, took my Internet charge off the bill, took my parking charge off the bill and gave me a free dinner in their nice restaurant. I am happy.
