I've flown it twice (once Y, one J upgraded) and am booked to fly it again in a couple months. It's my favorite flight to LHR, since you get there at a sensible time of day and don't have to fight so hard to stay up. Plus you can sleep almost from takeoff... it's as close as you can get to compatible with the time change. IMHO.

I was delayed about 2.5 hours last time and on time the time before, but anecdotal evidence ain't all that helpful. Check the sites that will show percentage on time like expertflyer (or maybe flightaware or something for the last couple).

IIRC the meal service in J was very good, that tall hockey puck looking filet/steak thing that's almost up to restaurant standards. Alternate (i think) was a pasta cream sauce concoction.
