Ms. MKT typically buys Clinique products at the SJU duty free shops (or has me pick them up for her). I sometimes buy bottles of rum to take to friends/family/clients in the mainland, but only since I can take them as carry-ons... the price for Ron del Barrilito is +/- $1 from my local grocer, so the only benefit is being able to carry it on.
