On the return, try the highly regarded NH C lounge at NRT T1.

The seats on SQ and NH will be the angled lie-flat. I sleep very well on those seats. If that's ok with you, I say that you shouldn't have that much trouble finding award availability to ICN.
Will I still get access to the lounges with a C ticket but no status? I know I used to on UA, but I don't know if that's still true.
