Maybe those with lost baggage should take a leaf out of the climate change protest book? (dare I say it !) Imagine if all those who lost baggage showed up at BA desks at LHR, and choked it solid for a morning ?

They would all have a legitimate reason to be there...and BA would have nobody to blame but themselves....
