Seems like there's no winning with you people. Not that it matters.

Maybe the "sheeple" feel that with all the suffering and injustice in the world, there are more substantial battles to fight...but, everyone has their priorities.
Yeah, too busy worrying about things like the iPod, not being able to use MP3's, Wii, Britney, American Idol, etc. Yeah, people are really worried about what counts.

Loss of freedom doesn't happen overnight, but rather little by little. This is one of those "littles." People that don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

Do you really in your heart believe that a petty spat on whether or not you have to remove shoes or can carry water through a checkpoint is going to be recorded in the history books as a great blow for retaining freedoms? The truth is, most Americans (sheeple) really do not care about such minor disturbances because they actually have bigger problems in life. They do not have time to throw tantrums every time something doesn't go their way. You are not fighting for America's freedom, you are pouting because your unhappy at being ignored and treated like everyone else . In the scheme of life...no one cares. I usually banter back and forth, understanding the points of view (or trying to, at least), and on occasion, agreeing. I also think most of TSA's rules are ineffective. But to start a thread by implying that those Americans that do not share your view are uneducated/dumber and that the "enlightened " ones should spread the TSA knowledge that they have garnered on here to the "sheeple" is self-righteous, elitist garbage. Everyone talks about how the TSA will lead to Nazi type rule, but no one can actually point out a single right that THEY have lost. The bottom line is ...Ma and Pa Kettle pay taxes and vote. If they feel more comfortable with the TSA around, than any politician worth his weight in BS is going to keep them happy. They pander to the Kettles just like Democrats pander to inner city voters.
