Ok, here are my 2cents etc...

1) $300 for coach (for middle seat(s) $250), $500 for WBC/First Class assuming this is a RT and a full flight.

2) Escrow: I am fine with it...more details would be great.

3) It depends when the NWA Do is? If it is in the winter time somewhere warm. If it is in the late spring or summer ...anywhere is fine for me. Somehow... I wouldn't mind flying to the 'Boneyard' in AZ.

As, I am reading this, I am thinking the 'big picture'. Where as a NWA 747 never flown to? This might be a good idea for 'airplane spotters' to be able to take pictures of a NWA 747 landing/taking off at a place where NWA 747 never been to.
