The arrogance of the crew and surley attitude left alot to be desired and that was J...was I just unlucky?...The check-in lady was grumpy, didnt say hi..just "where u going?" when I approached to check in.....please this is a 1st rate carrier and I was J pax..simply not good enough.
You had a bad experience. I have had a bad experience on many world class airlines (not that AC is necessarily one), but that is no reason whatsoever to call an airline terrible, IMO. You should know better than to judge an airline by one flight.
