You're right: I am asking for something else.

Can I pay my company's bulk rate postage bill with a credit card without incurring processing fees? This is materially different from showing up at the PO and buying a few books of stamps. We're talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars a month flowing through multiple permit numbers.

Have any of you done this?
