I have booked a business class ticket with *A from YYC > YYZ > ZHR (stopover) > IST; IST > VIE > YYZ > YHZ, starting boxing day and returning in May. I have selected my seat on the YYZ > ZHR flight (AC878, Dec 26, seat 3k), however a friend was looking to join and checked the available seats on the AC webpage. It appears that my seat hasn't been reserved.

As an aside, I see the seat configuration is different depending on where you look. The flight availbility shows business class as 1-2-2 while the agent at booking indicated 3k was single, being 2-2-1.

Once I get back home and I have the patience for the call to Aeroplan, I'll check just to see what's going on. In the mean time, any thoughts?
