Don't worry they haven't changed that much. Our flight from TXL waited an hour just for the carousel to be posted last Monday. To be fair though they did manage to get all the bags out in about 10 minutes after the first one appeared. I suspect the 2 flights from NRT might have screwed things up that afternoon.
