Those two or three lane highways are what has caused me to never drive out here! I couldn't believe it the first time I saw those 4 or 5 lane freeways!
Despite living no more than 15 miles from the city, my mom waits until I am visiting (3-4 times a year) to go "into downtown" for anything.
