I think oneworld status matches are non-existing. AA seems to have something called a 'platinum challenge', which gives you AA Platinum status after a number of flights or miles. Best to look on the AA forum. Note that Platinum is not the highest level on AA, it is more or less equivalent to BA Silver/OW Sapphire.
