Rolling base points = your total lifetime earned (base) points.
Qualifying base points = your (base) points earned in the past 12(ish) months.

Regarding seeing your VIP bonus points, you need to look at the individual hotel stay and then view Points Details and it should list them out specifically along with the X VIP level bonus you receive.
