This makes me feel a lot better. After discussing statements (and more importantly the accompanying upgrades) with johna at brunch last week, I was beginning to think UAL had a personal grudge against me. It is a relief to know that they fairly mistreat everybody.

I keep having dreams that someday I'll come home from work and find my mailbox stuffed with coupon books. They now owe me 7 books. I know for sure that Joe hasn't stolen them because he always cons me out of miles to upgrade.

Oh well, soon I'll get them all (I hope, I hope, I hope!)
