I will try my luck with points.com, but I am not yet a client of theirs and it's the Aeroplan website that it showing the 100 miles. I am an Aeroplan customer. I don't think contacting Aeroplan is barking up the wrong tree.
Points.com have no influence over what is on Aeroplan's website, and that's probably the reply I will get from points.com.
In any case, the 10 miles vs. 100 miles is not the big deal here.
It's more about the way Aeroplan are handling their e-support.
