OTP is very inconsistent. It's been drastically slower lately because BBU is closed for renovations and OTP has to handle all the BBU flights as well. It's also been very crowded compared to what it's like under normal circumstances. Usually it's not bad. When BBU reopens I expect things to go back to normal. I think it's better than airports that are consistently bad... BOS is the first one that comes to mind.
