Thought I'd reactivate this thread rather than start anew.

Showers

As a predominatly european-short-haul customer I've never really needed or wanted to use them before - so I've got a couple of questions:

Firstly, what's actually involved in using the showers?
I assume I don't need to bring my own towel(?), but is there anything I should be aware of?

Secondly, if I'm just flying a (very) short hop in CE will I get any funny looks / problems asking to use them?

- I've got an early morning CE departure in a month and thanks to two events being far far too close to each other I'm going to be travelling overnight to reach my Gatwick flight without time to change/wash from where I've been the night before... grrr.
