"Gold Points Corporation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Gold Points Rewards program, to add, delete or change Gold Points Rewards Partners or Affiliates, to modify or limit the use of redemption of any Awards in any respect, to modify or change redemption procedures, including the number of Gold Points required for particular Awards, to modify or limit the collection of Gold Points, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the Gold Points Rewards Program rules, regulations, terms and conditions. We may make these change to any aspect of the Program, all without notice and even though changes may affect the value of Gold Points already accumulated without prior notice at any time and from time to time. "
