I just got off the phone with the Radisson Goldpoints redemption desk, I asked if the redemption rate was indeed going to change on May 1 and "John" said that they had received an email from their supervisor this morning saying that the redemption rates wouldn't change with only two days notice, i.e customers would be given ample notice before such a drastic change.
