There will be four FA's, one is in the Galley prepping the meals mostly and then helping to server. As I saw it, it would be 2 on the Cap Side and then the odd row's in the middle, then the other two on the 1st Officer side with teh even in the middle, and they all float around. They won't have to know which wine you want since it will be one red and one white on the flight.
Interesting...it seems that the service will now be going much slower than the more passenger-focused option now since everyone will have to wait for everyone else to be served. Either way is fine with me though.
