Go to the CO Forum--there's plenty of posts there regarding various experiences. The truth is, they can deny you access though (and some have reported it happening). You can't even hold a CO Pres Club membership if you're not 21, but with the Amex Plat, obviously you pass through that loophole, but if you look young (either at the door or bar) or someone's having a bad day, you stand a chance of being kicked out. My wife is 28 and was recently carded in EWR. Not sure what airport you're using it for, but at least at the bigger ones, there's more than one club, so you can get more than one strike.
