Recently, this has been occurring more frequently, especially at the W LA. What is more disconcerting is that my credit card is charged after I've checked out. Only after I inspect my CC statement do I realize that I have been "accidentally" and incorrectly charged.
At the very least, charges that are posted after a guest has checked out should trigger an email to the guest. In other words, the hotels should take the onus to communicate late charges to their guests.
