When did they introduce that? I must admit I only fly UA about once every couple years. Last time was a year ago last November and that was not the case when I booked that ticket, which would have been about 2 years ago as I wanted to hold the reservaiton and could not. I know they have updated the United.bomb web site since then as I go there monthly to check my point balance; I keep my UA MP account stock with miles through my UA MP Visa. It pays to have a lot of miles in the 2 US majors IMO. Is their web site any more stable now? From my meager experience with just logging off and consistently getting an error screen my guess is that it is not. TIA for the latitude of going a bit OT and for the feedback.
