I've never actually thought of how it would be nowadays. The last time I was there was in Jan 2005, well before the hurricanes. Maybe I am getting too excited and expecting the charm of a city who sadly lost most of it due to the storm. Nevertheless, it's a matter of principle, if nothing else. I'm trying to keep these businesses honest.

And I agree, the Louisiana officials would probably be best to contact, not one's local state government. Good point Telfes.
