[I had a feeling..... A few years ago at a do for UA 1Ks in BOS, Pat Mash, then-VP of Mileage Plus attended and spoke, and actually gratuitously addressed comments they had received from local 1Ks, I mean without prompting. Jaws dropped, especially those 1Ks.]

I hope that everyone who posts to the Gold Passport and FT forums sees this.

And although Randy Petersen probably is already aware of the attention these boards get from industry decisionmakers, I hope someone calls Amy's/Karen's post to his attention. He should be justifiably gratified.
