Thumbs up Opinion Place - great response to problem.

So immediately after posting this last night I e-mailed Opinion Place and told them what happened. Today at 8:52 AM just a little after 12 hours later I receive an e-mail telling me that they are sorry and will post the 150 miles I was to receive for the survey. I'm happy. Not only with the 150 miles, keeps my account active, but in how quickly they responded.
