LH does this in F, and in fact has designed their seat so that there is a drink holder for the bottle accessible while the seat is reclined in the "bed" position, and totally useless when it's not.

Me thinks that the F/A forgot to hand them out prior to lights out. NRT-SEA last month, they gave them out right after dinner, or whenever they saw people tuck themselves into the suites.
