He's right of course, but it would be good if SAS's CEO would realise that SAS and its airlines within the SAS group, are more or less the only airlines in Europe, apart from LCC, that doesn't serve free food in Economy class... If he would realise that the
absence of food also is important to, let say 75% of their customers - namely those who fly P-class - I believe that SAS would have a bit more passengers and defenitely a lot more of satisfied passengers.
