You can get a regular Suica card in Japan, for example at Maihama Station (the JR station serving the Tokyo Bay / Disney area). Or you can purchase it at the JR Station in Narita or Narita Airport at vending machines (note: this is the regular Suica card, NOT the NEX+Suica package).
