Anybody know the status of UA's 747-400 transpacific fleet? Have all of them been upgraded to the "new" business class seats?

Carfield, why do you think the best seat is the exit row upstairs? How does that differ from exit row downstairs? Here's an old debate, which is beter? Upstairs or downstairs?
