Im sure the best agents are assigned to the highest spenders which is understandable, but I would like some basic service. It is pathetic when you know more about the industry than they do. All I would like to see is that they are working to get the lowest fare for the $1500 annual fee that they charge. Plus Im sure they are making commission on our travel anyway which should be more incentive to keep us happy.
