Just be aware that some airline FFPs seem to block automatic mileage posting when there are so many flights in and out of one airport on a particular day. I know there are problems with AA (re: the aforementioned FLY3 last year) and NW (such as a simple XXX-AMS-YYY-AMS on KL metal).

Yup - QF will only credit (automatically or via missing mileage request) each route a maximum of once per departure date. Takes at least 1 phone call to rectify, sometimes several.
Well, since I'm not flying the same route in the same direction twice in a day, I should be fine, right? In any event, the worst would be that I have to send in boarding passes for credit after the fact. I'm ticketed on a single, legal itinerary, priced as three half round-trips (ATL-AUS, AUS-DFW, DFW-ATL)
