I am most disappointed by the lack of caviar. I've flown UA twice in FC transpacific and TG four times. The United service at its best it is close to TG (minus pajamas and crystal elephant gift). When the UA First cabin is staffed by jaded apathetic Americans it can be quite disappointing.
