With these other airlines, anything less than full Y (even B, which by dff costs 90% of Y) yields 70% RDM/EQM (CZ is even worse). By contrast, MU appears to give 100% all the way down to the 7.5哲 level, or thereabouts and 80% on down to ~5哲. If I lived in Shanghai, I'd be very tempted to go that route. Unfortunately, since most of my flights either begin or end in Beijing, CA is still the program for me.
