IMO getting a used E61 or something along those lines is more cost effective. The Belkin phone is only usable at Boingo hotspots as I understand. I haven't used one. Other than that, only the Linksys WIP330 has a browser that I know of, and by the time you pay for the thing you could have the Nokia which has better battery life anyway! Note that the E62 won't work as it doesn't have WiFi. Also, you don't need a SIM in the E61 for it to work. The WiFi and SIP client work independently of the GSM side.
